Also I am thinking about joining the African Violet Society but maybe not this year (probably next year) but I am definitely join as soon as possible. Hopefully your leaf offer would still be valid by then or later, because how can I not resist an offer like that (especially for violets).;D Maybe soon when my new plants grow a little bigger, maybe I can give you some leaves for you to propergate (since you been so helpful and all). But I'm definitely joining and let them know that Ann-Marie sent me. Once again, thanks for all your help. :DDakjaknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1673125375108101353.post-50570668657112962772011-04-29T19:19:37.597-04:002011-04-29T19:19:37.597-04:00PS Dakjak--You should take me up on my leaf offer ...PS Dakjak--You should take me up on my leaf offer in the Fuzzy Foliage/AVSA Promotion! http://avnerdgirl.blogspot.com/2011/03/fuzzy-foliage-avsa-promotion.htmlm3rma1dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12018793972683935314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1673125375108101353.post-67274344445702433582011-04-29T19:18:01.077-04:002011-04-29T19:18:01.077-04:00Dakjak--I make sure the plant is watered properly ...Dakjak--I make sure the plant is watered properly so that the leaves are nice and firm. Then I cut them and put 'em into plastic ziplock-type baggies. Then I put them in a padded envelope and mail them away! (or if I'm mailing a lot, I tape them to the inside of a box (so it's not rattling around bruising the leaves) and mail it away.) :-)m3rma1dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12018793972683935314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1673125375108101353.post-75757885337915611732011-04-29T18:51:14.433-04:002011-04-29T18:51:14.433-04:00Wow M3RMA1D (Ann-Marie) Thank you so much for this...Wow M3RMA1D (Ann-Marie) Thank you so much for this video. I'm definitely give propergating leaves a try. By the way, I have just recieved my violets from the VioletBarn in the mail yesterday. I'm so happy to see my new starter plants! I have Irish Flirt(My First Miniture plant, also it has blooms :D), Warm Sunshine(Standard with no blooms yet but will eventually have yellow blooms), and Ma's Ching Dynasty(Standard with no blooms yet). So those are my new plants and hopely I'll have more to come.:D <br />Also, do you know how to mail violet leaves properly? The reason I ask this is because my step-grandmother from Texas raises African violets herself and wants to deliver some leaves for me to grow (I live in Maryland. What is the best way to mail the leaves so I can tell her how? I would be greatful if you can give me some help on this or know anyone who does.Dakjaknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1673125375108101353.post-3028591229760854112011-04-29T18:32:33.456-04:002011-04-29T18:32:33.456-04:00Oh, sorry!
